Primarily, the work that drives me centers around autonomy, identity, intimacy, grief, time, and queerness. In terms of style, my work gravitate towards the poetic and metaphorical as well as the abstract and undefined. I draw my biggest inspiration from neighboring genres of art such as painting, sculpture, and music.

My philosophy around new and existing work orbits around the idea that a text can guide us while temporality will lead us. There is always a push and pull in the material that either lives firmly in the now or pushes to think about the past and even the future.
